Sportsman’s Inventory is a simple site with one job: help you pack the right gear and get outside with less guesswork.

We write gear checklists, top 10 lists, and plain-talk guides for hunters, anglers, campers, and archers. Every checklist on the site works on your phone. Check items off as you pack, and your list stays saved on that device. You can also print any list and keep it in your truck or tackle box.

Who we are

The Sportsman’s Crew is the small team behind the site. The site is owned and run by Daniel Hemmerich.

How we write

• We keep it short and practical. If a tip won’t help you on your next trip, we cut it.
• We tell you when rules change by state. Always check your state wildlife agency for seasons, licenses, and legal methods.
• We update older posts when gear, rules, or better advice comes along.
